I specialise in collecting, studying and retelling
traditional stories from all over the world.


'Traditional stories' covers 
myths, legends, folk tales, fairy tales and fables
 – old stories with no known original authors.
They are cultural treasures, 
part of global human heritage.
I have thousands of them on my database.

They form the subject matter 
of most of my 70+ books, 
including several bestsellers
These have been published in 22 countries
